Job Description

Satnova Sys is hiring an Operations & SEO Executive for a full-time office position in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The role combines day-to-day business operations, client and team coordination, operational reporting, website management, search engine optimization, digital marketing support, SEO analysis, keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO, Google Search Console monitoring, Google Analytics monitoring, SEO audits, backlink activities, keyword ranking tracking, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage day-to-day business operations and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor daily work and support overall business processes.

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Manage website content and SEO optimization.
• Work toward improving website rankings, traffic, and online visibility.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO performance.
• Build quality backlinks and perform SEO audits.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare regular performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good computer and internet skills.
